Smackover FFA assisted the VFW women's auxiliary group in assembling Buddy Poppy bundles for Veterans day. Today we were presented with a Certificate of Appreciation and Random Acts of Patriotism coins for each member that helped.

Big thanks to Matt Jackson and Arkansas Farm Bureau Federation for bringing the Ag Tech training lab to the students of Smackover FFA this week. The trailer holds an excavator, log loader, and combine simulator to allow students to experience industrial equipment being used in the workforce.

VETERANS DAY PARADE... NMS will honor our Veterans this Wednesday at 9:15 with a Drive-Thru Parade! This event will take the place of the annual NMS Veterans Day Program. Veterans are asked to line up cars/trucks in the NMS Drive behind the police car. The parade will proceed down McMillan Street. The Jr. Band will also join the festivities.
